Appointments, Cancellations & Payments
When you book an appointment — whether online, via WhatsApp, or by phone — you are committing to attend at the scheduled time. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your slot to another patient in need. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations without notice may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings. All treatment fees are due at the time of service unless a prior payment arrangement or insurance agreement has been confirmed with our team. We reserve the right to update our fee schedule, and our staff will always communicate costs clearly before treatment begins.
